Yes, you can provide reference photos from my portfolio. Please avoid including works from other photographers or photos with significantly different color grading or posing styles. It’s recommended to use text to describe the moments you particularly care about, such as 'capturing the place where we met' or 'the other person's expression.' This will help us better understand your story and inspire our creativity.

To maintain the quality of our work, we cannot compromise on price. We appreciate your understanding of the photographer's dedication. If you like our style, please do not negotiate the price.

The quoted durations of 2 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours refer to the minimum shooting time for each package. Therefore, any additional hours will incur extra charges, but the minimum consumption of 2 hours will not be subject to further discounts.

To ensure the quality and consistency of post-production, the work will be handled solely by Gavin.yim. Therefore, whether a preview version can be provided will depend on the workload at that time. "Post-production takes a minimum of 12 weeks. (For peak season dates from November to February, post-production may take an additional half a month to one month.)

The photos taken on the day will be provided to you according to the quantity in the quotation. We will filter out any with poor expressions and duplicates. All photos will undergo color correction, exposure, and white balance adjustments in the style of Gavinyim.photo, and will be delivered in JPG format. *Due to copyright reasons, we will not provide original files or unedited photos.*

Not necessarily; it mainly depends on whether the content captured on the day aligns with the style we wish to present on our website. The quoted price is based on the assumption that 'the work can be publicly used on the website.' If you do not wish to have the work made public, an additional fee of 30% will be charged on the original price, so please inquire separately.

We do not conduct secondary sales, and strictly speaking, there are no hidden charges (unless the client voluntarily wishes to purchase additional products)

1. The only point to note is that, on the day of the shoot, in order to ensure the safety of our equipment during transportation, the client is required to cover all staff members’ round-trip transportation and meal expenses.
2. In general, if rescheduling is required due to weather conditions, we will contact the client one week before the scheduled shoot to confirm arrangements. However, if the client decides to cancel or reschedule on the same day, an administrative fee of HKD $2,000 will be charged for handling all necessary coordination and follow-up with the relevant teams.
3. In the event of overtime, an additional fee of HKD $800 per half hour per staff member will apply.

Yes, we can do that! We will charge an expedited fee of $1,000 to fulfill your request. (Please note that this does not include the printing of albums; it only covers the photo files, including color correction and skin retouching.)

*Before printing the album, we will provide the client with an approval for the product to proceed to the printing stage, after which it will be sent to the printing house to begin the process.

*Modifications cannot be made once the album is in the printing process; otherwise, all administrative costs will be borne by the client.

*We welcome clients to purchase additional photos for inclusion in the album (please inquire about pricing).

*Printing takes approximately 1.5 months. If expedited service is needed, there is an additional fee of $1,500 for completion in about one week."

In the event that rescheduling is required due to weather conditions or other force majeure incidents (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8, Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, traffic accidents, funerals, etc.), you are entitled to one free rescheduling for the scheduled shooting day.

Please make your decision at least one week prior to the shoot, so that all personnel, venue, and wardrobe arrangements can be properly coordinated in advance.

• Same-day rescheduling will not be accepted. A late notice will incur an administrative fee of HKD $2,000 per working unit (photography team, makeup artist, driver).
• Kind reminder: For clients who have rented venues or formal wear (bridal gowns or suits), in most cases, you can also enjoy one free rescheduling if notice is given at least one week in advance. However, all such changes are subject to the venue’s and wardrobe company’s own terms and conditions.
